We are an institution specialized in language teaching, and we are leaders in Costa Rica thanks to the effectiveness of our English, Portuguese, and Spanish programs. Intensa began offering intensive Spanish and English language programs in 1980. Our innovative methodology focuses on maximizing learners’ conversational practice while in class, and it has successfully satisfied that need for over four decades. Intensa offers programs for adults, teenagers, and children, as well as busines training, private tutoring, conversation clubs, and, of course, our Spanish program for foreigners. Since 2017 we introduced a new program to teach Portuguese. Our vision is to be an innovative institution of higher education at the national and international levels. We aim to be a leader in offering practical and intensive learning programs. This commitment is reflected in the excellent acceptance our students receive in the labor market.
